This logo was created for the 2018 Graphic Design & Advertising class portfolio show. The show was named ULTRAVIOLET in reference to the 2018 Pantone color of the year. The color ultra violet represents innovative thinking and imagination, similar to what graphic designers have and use to create. The logo consists of the word ULTRAVIOLET in eleven different shades of Pantone purple, and represents the eleven students in the 2018 Portfolio class. The letters A and V both jut out in opposite directions, symbolizing the way that the students will likely go in different directions once graduated from the Graphic Design program.
